1. This limited lifetime warranty is on material or workmanship, that adversely affects the performance of the product
2. The limited lifetime warranty is valid for the life of the retail product as long as the original purchaser owns the product based upon the following conditions:
   • All Granite Drawer Systems purchased after 11/1/08 must be registered within 30 days from the original date of purchase, to receive the limited lifetime warranty. (All products not registered within the 30 days will only receive a one year limited warranty)
   • There is no physical damage to the Granite Drawer System that was caused by improper installation, modification of any kind, water, fire, theft or damage due to theft
   • Over loading of the drawer system rated at 500 lbs per drawer, and top shelf (evenly loaded)
3. We will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge - NO REFUNDS
4. Granite will cover all return shipping back to the customer, for the RMA replacement.
